For Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of our digital products, we are unable to offer refunds of any kind once the product is purchased.
For Print (business cards, postcards), Accessories (wristbands and pinback buttons) and Apparel Products: If there is an issue with the quality of the print, please contact us for a resolution. While we do not offer refunds, we will reprint if there are documented print quality issues. We do not offer re-prints nor refunds for misprints (grammar, spelling, punctuation, spacing, etc, or anything edits that were not corrected before the final design/proof was approved). Due to the nature of made-to-order products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customized print, accessories and apparel products.
